Rates & Taxes

Minimum stay: 30 days

Winter "One Bedroom Rate"
Between $1700-$2500 per month, depending on the unit booked.

Winter "Two Bedroom Rate"
Between $2400.00 - $3000.00

Summer "One Bedroom Rate"
Between $2000-$3000 per month, depending on the unit booked.

Summer "Two Bedroom Rate"
Between $3200 - $3800.00

All short and long term stays, up to and including 62 days, are subject to tax.

Room rates are based on double occupancy for studio and one bedroom apartments. Room rates for two-bedroom suites are based on four persons or less.

All reservations MUST be guaranteed by a credit card or by an advance deposit. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Upon reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation by email
from Downtown Accommodations. This guarantees your suite for the
dates you require.

We accept Visa & Mastercard, travelers cheques and cash.

Sorry, NO personal cheques.

Taxes

For stays less than 31 days GST tax of 5%, Provincial Hotel Tax 8% and Municipal Hotel Tax of 2% = 15% total taxes payable.

For stays of 31-62 days Provincial Hotel Tax 8% and Municipal Hotel Tax of 2% = 10% total taxes payable.

For stays 63 days or more there is no tax payable.
